What does it take to change the trajectory of a child’s life? At Spark, we believe it takes a mentor, career exposure and skills that bridge classroom and workplace learning. As a nationwide mentoring and high school readiness nonprofit, we match students at risk of dropping out of school in tailored apprenticeships with mentors who can help them see how their interests, career goals and education intersect in a real workplace.
