Mission Statement
The mission of the Palmer Drug Abuse Program is to be the most effective prevention and recovery program helping young people and their families avoid or recover from the devastating effects of drug and alcohol abuse.About Us
Since 1971, all PDAP services have been and continue to be offered at NO COST. Though PDAP is renowned as a quality program that reaches thousands of Houston’s youth with its message, working toward the achievement and sustainment of sobriety is not our most powerful outcome. The offer of HOPE is - for without hope, none of our successes would be possible. Hope that today’s children will become tomorrow’s productive citizens, workers and caring parents. Hope that investing in these children today will provide a brighter future for all.
