The National Center for Policy Analysis generates private sector solutions to public policy problems by bringing together the brightest minds across the country to reform institutions in the areas of health care, Social Security, tax, and retirement through proposed solutions that liberate consumers, workers, and the power of the marketplace.About Us
The NCPA’s achievements have benefited millions of Americans.• Because of the NCPA idea of Health Savings Accounts, 25 million families are managing some of their own health care dollars.
• Because of the NCPA idea of Roth IRAs, $250 billion in savings has been taxed once and will never be taxed again.
• Because of another NCPA idea, 78 million baby boomers will be able to work beyond age 65 without losing Social Security benefits.
• Because of an NCPA/Brookings Institution plan, half of all future 401k enrollees will be automatically enrolled in a diversified portfolio, enjoying higher and safer returns.
