We are a family of Christian ministries that exists to honor God and build a better world by serving children and strengthening families. Our vision is to end the generational cycle of child abuse and family crisis.About Us
For more than 60 years, Children At Heart Ministries has been meeting the needs of children and families in crisis. Founded in 1950, Children At Heart Ministries today includes Gracewood, a residential ministry for single mothers in Houston; Miracle Farm, a residential boys' ranch near Brenham; STARRY, which provides counseling, foster care, and adoption services, an emergency shelter for abused and neglected children, and a program for runaway and homeless youth in Central Texas; and Texas Baptist Children's Home in Round Rock, which serves children, single mothers, families, and local apartment communities.
