Genesys Works is a unique not-for-profit organization that empowers low-income high school students to gain access to the economic mainstream by providing training and meaningful internship opportunities with major corporations. Students enter our program during the summer prior to their senior year and, after eight intensive weeks of training, are assigned to work at one of our client locations, part time, during their senior year.

As a leader in education and workforce development, Genesys Works is changing the way communities, schools and business leaders think about education and its relationship with business.
